Information About Lauren’s Practice

Lauren looks forward to working with you at her office in Paoli, PA.

Please Note: Lauren is currently only offering online Zoom therapy sessions.

Pricing

Sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • Individual sessions: $150
  • Group sessions: $45
  • Assessments & Behavior Modification Plan development: Call about package pricing

Payment Methods

  • Health Insurance: Please contact your insurance company to determine eligibility and coverage. Lauren accepts Aetna and United Behavioral Health/Optum insurances. For other insurance policies, Lauren will provide a Super Bill to submit for out-of-network benefits/coverage.
  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) & Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA)
  • Cash, personal checks, and credit cards

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Lauren Mosback Counseling requires 48-hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment

Client Forms
